About the Opportunity

We are looking for reliable and detail-oriented Exam Invigilators to support the smooth and secure delivery of examinations. This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, organized, and comfortable working independently while maintaining a calm and focused environment.

You’ll play an important role in creating a fair and consistent examination experience by welcoming candidates, following established procedures, monitoring exams, and ensuring all examination materials and information remain secure and confidential.

Your Responsibilities

• You’ll prepare examination rooms by arranging desks, distributing materials, and ensuring the space is ready before candidates arrive.
• You’ll welcome candidates, verify identification, provide instructions, and support the examination process from check-in through completion.
• You’ll monitor candidates throughout the exam, maintain a quiet and distraction-free environment, and provide approved time reminders.
• You’ll distribute, collect, and securely account for all examination materials while documenting any incidents or irregularities.
• You’ll support exam scheduling and pipeline coordination, helping ensure upcoming examinations are properly prepared, staffed, and ready to proceed according to established timelines.
• You’ll maintain confidentiality and follow all examination security, health and safety, and organizational procedures.

• Strong attention to detail, organization, and ability to follow established procedures.
• Ability to remain focused and attentive for extended periods.
• Professional, approachable, and calm when interacting with candidates.
• Strong sense of responsibility, integrity, and confidentiality.
• Comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
• Basic computer skills and ability to complete required documentation.
• Reliable and punctual with a professional presentation.
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, evenings, and/or weekends depending on examination schedules.
