This is an opportunity to become a trusted partner to a dynamic leader in a fast-paced environment where no two days are the same.

Working closely with senior leaders, external stakeholders, and trusted partners, you'll play a critical role in ensuring priorities stay on track, relationships are managed seamlessly, and every detail is executed with precision. If you thrive in a high-performance environment, enjoy variety, and take pride in anticipating what's needed before it's asked, this role offers exceptional exposure and impact. The role combines executive and personal support responsibilities and requires some flexibility beyond a traditional office schedule.

What's In It for You

  • The opportunity to work alongside an accomplished executive with broad business and community involvement
  • A collaborative, entrepreneurial workplace that values initiative, trust, and accountability
  • Meaningful exposure to executive decision-making and high-profile projects
  • A role where you can build long-term relationships and make a visible impact every day
  • Comprehensive benefits and a supportive environment that recognizes high performance
  • The chance to build a rewarding career supporting a dynamic leader in a fast-paced, high-impact role

Your Responsibilities

  • You'll manage a highly complex calendar, balancing shifting business and personal priorities with confidence.
  • You'll coordinate domestic and international travel, prepare detailed itineraries, and manage logistics for meetings and events.
  • You'll prepare presentations, meeting materials, correspondence, and executive briefing packages.
  • You'll act as a trusted point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, exercising discretion and sound judgment.
  • You'll coordinate personal appointments, family scheduling, and other confidential matters while maintaining exceptional organization.
  • You'll anticipate challenges, solve problems proactively, and ensure priorities continue moving forward in a fast-paced environment.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years of executive support experience, ideally supporting a C-suite executive or founder in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional calendar management, travel coordination, and executive administration skills.
  • Strong executive presence with the confidence to build relationships across all levels of an organization.
  • Outstanding organizational skills, with the ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly to changing demands.
  • Highly proactive, resourceful, and comfortable working independently with minimal direction.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, and Excel.
  • Flexibility to support occasional evening or weekend requests as business needs require.

Note from the Hiring Manager
