Location:
Downtown Toronto, ON, Hybrid (Minimum 3 days on-site. Mondays and Wednesdays are designated anchor days, with a third in-office day based on operational needs.)

As a Senior Integration Specialist, you will play a key role in designing and delivering secure, scalable integration services that support critical business operations and long-term digital transformation goals.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, test, and implement enterprise integration solutions using Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, and REST APIs.
• You'll build secure, scalable cloud-native integrations on OpenShift and Kubernetes platforms while supporting API lifecycle management.
• You'll collaborate with technical and business teams to translate requirements into integration specifications and technical designs.
• You'll develop technical documentation, architecture diagrams, data models, test plans, and implementation artifacts.
• You'll apply integration best practices, fault-tolerant patterns, monitoring, and quality assurance processes to ensure reliable enterprise services.
• You'll contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and continuous delivery initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline, with experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT solutions.
• Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, Enterprise Java, REST APIs, JSON/XML, and enterprise integration development.
• Strong expertise with OpenShift or Kubernetes, with AWS services such as Lambda, SQS, and S3 considered an asset.
• Experience integrating enterprise platforms including CRM, ERP, asset management, document management, training management, and regulatory systems.
• Strong SQL knowledge and experience implementing resilient integration patterns including retries, dead-letter queues, monitoring, and data consistency.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, source control, automated testing, infrastructure-as-code, and technical documentation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to facilitate technical discussions and translate business requirements into scalable integration solutions.
