Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, build, and deploy predictive and Generative AI models that support personalization, pricing, search, and optimization initiatives
• You'll partner with product, engineering, and business teams to translate business objectives into scalable machine learning solutions
• You'll analyze large datasets to uncover insights and communicate findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• You'll develop and support machine learning infrastructure using AWS and cloud-native technologies
• You'll monitor model performance, recommend improvements, and participate in code reviews and technical discussions
• You'll explore new Generative AI use cases and contribute to the adoption of emerging AI technologies across the organization

Skills and Qualifications
• 3 to 5 years of experience in Data Science, Machine Learning, or Applied AI, with experience deploying models into production
• Advanced degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, or another quantitative discipline
• Strong programming skills using Python and SQL, with experience using TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn
• Experience working with AWS, Docker, and MLOps concepts including model deployment, monitoring, and versioning
• Experience developing APIs using Flask or FastAPI and familiarity with orchestration tools such as Airflow or Jenkins
• Hands-on experience with Generative AI technologies including Large Language Models, LangChain, Hugging Face, OpenAI APIs, and vector databases
• Strong communication skills and experience working within Agile development environments
