Your Responsibilities
• You'll coordinate recruitment activities from job posting through onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process.
• You'll prepare and post job advertisements, maintain recruitment files, and track hiring progress.
• You'll schedule interviews, phone screens, meetings, and recruitment events while supporting hiring managers and candidates.
• You'll assist with resume screening, reference checks, offer letters, contract extensions, and new hire documentation.
• You'll provide exceptional customer service by responding to recruitment inquiries and supporting shared team processes.
• You'll maintain accurate records, support audits, coordinate departmental meetings, and assist with administrative projects as required.
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ year of experience in Human Resources, recruitment, or a related administrative role.
• Completion of a college diploma in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related discipline. Equivalent experience will also be considered.
• Experience supporting recruitment within a large, unionized healthcare environment is considered an asset.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and Outlook, along with experience using HRIS and Applicant Tracking Systems.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service, communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to handle confidential information professionally.
