About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative finance team within a well-established Healthcare Manufacturing organization during an exciting period of transformation. As the team adapts to a newly implemented Microsoft Dynamics system, you'll play an important role in helping maintain day-to-day operations while supporting a busy Accounts Payable function.
This is an excellent opportunity for an accounting student or early-career finance professional looking to build practical Accounts Payable experience. Your Responsibilities
• You'll support the Accounts Payable team by printing, organizing, and processing invoices.
• You'll transfer invoices and related documentation into the organization's imaging system.
• You'll assist with accurate data entry and maintain invoice records during a busy transition period.
• You'll update vendor information and profiles as your experience develops.
• You'll provide general administrative support to help the finance team manage a high-volume backlog.
Skills and Qualifications
• Currently pursuing or recently completed post-secondary education in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Understanding of basic accounting principles, including debits and credits.
• Strong attention to detail with accurate data entry skills.
• Previous administrative or accounting support experience is considered an asset.
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics is an asset but not required.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and the ability to work collaboratively within a close-knit team.
