Location:
Toronto, Montreal, or Ottawa (Hybrid, 1 day per week on-site, or as required. Strong preference for candidates based in Toronto.)

About the Opportunity
Join a collaborative Finance Business Systems team within a large, complex organization where you'll play a key role in improving how employees learn and interact with enterprise technology. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys combining training expertise with digital adoption strategies to create intuitive, engaging user experiences.

The project is to develop and enhance Oracle Guided Learning content to improve user adoption of Oracle Fusion Finance systems through embedded guidance, training programs, and digital learning resources.

Working alongside business leaders, subject matter experts, change management professionals, and technical teams, you'll lead the development of Oracle Guided Learning content that helps employees confidently navigate Finance systems. Your work will directly support user adoption, process improvements, and organizational success.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design, develop, and maintain Oracle Guided Learning content, including walkthroughs, smart tips, hotspots, and contextual guidance.
• You'll partner with business stakeholders to translate business processes into engaging digital learning experiences and user documentation.
• You'll lead the development and delivery of instructor-led and digital training programs that support system adoption.
• You'll investigate user issues, coordinate defect resolution, and manage enhancement requests using Jira and other collaboration tools.
• You'll evaluate training effectiveness, update learning materials following system changes, and recommend continuous improvements to the user experience.
• You'll collaborate with Release Management, Change Management, and technical teams to ensure learning content remains accurate and aligned with evolving business processes.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience developing Oracle Guided Learning (OGL) content, with experience delivering enterprise training programs.
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Human Resources, Communications, Business, Information Systems, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Experience working with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP or similar enterprise applications.
• Working knowledge of HTML and CSS, with an understanding of web technologies and basic programming concepts. Familiarity with JavaScript, DOM, and browser developer tools is considered an asset.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, project management, organizational, and communication skills.
• Experience with Jira, Release Management processes, Finance systems, Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace, and Oracle Guided Learning certification are considered strong assets.
