Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and implement SharePoint Online sites, Microsoft Teams workspaces, and Power Platform solutions that support collaboration across multiple departments.
• You'll develop scalable Power Automate workflows, Power Apps, and Power BI dashboards to streamline operations and deliver meaningful business insights.
• You'll design information architecture, metadata strategies, permissions, and governance models that promote secure and effective collaboration.
• You'll support the migration of legacy systems into Microsoft 365 while ensuring data integrity and compliance.
• You'll provide Tier 3 technical support, mentor IT team members, and deliver training sessions for end users and site owners.
• You'll contribute to digital workplace strategy, governance initiatives, and cross-functional technology projects.
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of experience developing enterprise solutions using SharePoint Online and Microsoft Power Platform.
• Proven experience building Canvas and Model-driven Power Apps, Power Automate cloud flows, and Power BI reports using DAX, Power Query, and data modelling.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 administration, including Teams, OneDrive, Entra ID, and Dataverse security.
• Experience with SharePoint governance, information architecture, data migration, lifecycle management, and Microsoft Purview.
• Familiarity with PowerShell, JSON, REST APIs, and Power Platform performance considerations such as delegation and throttling.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder engagement, and collaboration skills. Microsoft certifications such as PL-100, PL-200, PL-300, PL-400, MS-600, or SC-300 are considered strong assets.
