Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and optimize scalable semantic models, dashboards, and reporting solutions that remain performant as data volumes grow.
• You'll develop advanced Power BI reports using DAX, SQL, and enterprise data models to deliver meaningful business insights.
• You'll partner with stakeholders to understand reporting needs, define KPIs, and translate analytical findings into clear recommendations.
• You'll validate business outcomes using statistical analysis while identifying trends, anomalies, and opportunities for improvement.
• You'll champion reporting standards, metric governance, and best practices that improve consistency, accuracy, and user experience.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive experience in business intelligence, analytics, or data analysis.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Business, or a related quantitative discipline.
• Advanced expertise with Power BI, including semantic modeling, tabular models, DAX, and dashboard development.
• Strong SQL skills with experience writing complex queries and optimizing performance.
• Hands-on experience with Snowflake and Databricks in enterprise-scale environments.
• Strong understanding of statistical analysis, KPI governance, and scalable data modeling techniques.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to business audiences. Experience with Python, R, Alation, healthcare or distribution data is considered an asset.
