Location:

About the Opportunity

We're recruiting two Data Entry Administrators to join a well-established non-profit organization that supports individuals accessing essential community services. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys detailed administrative work while contributing to an organization with a strong social impact.

Working from the organization's executive office in downtown Toronto, you'll become part of a collaborative, mission-driven team that values empathy, respect, and teamwork. While this is an administrative environment with no client-facing responsibilities, the work you do plays an important role in ensuring applications are processed accurately and efficiently, helping connect individuals to the support they need.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll review new applications submitted through the online portal and accurately enter information into internal systems
• You'll verify application details, ensuring records are complete, accurate, and ready for processing
• You'll organize and maintain applicant information across multiple databases while ensuring data integrity
• You'll contact applicants by phone when additional information or clarification is required
• You'll handle confidential information with professionalism, accuracy, and exceptional attention to detail

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in data entry, administration, or office support
• Exceptional attention to detail with a proven ability to maintain a high level of accuracy
• Strong computer skills and confidence working with databases and web-based systems
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience working or volunteering within a non-profit or community services environment is considered an asset
• A compassionate, respectful approach and comfort working in an organization that supports vulnerable populations
• Ability to work full-time on-site in downtown Toronto
