Your Responsibilities
• You'll accurately enter contract numbers, supplier information, and related records into the organization's tracking system
• You'll maintain electronic records to ensure information can be easily retrieved for operational and audit purposes
• You'll organize, label, and prepare archival boxes for secure storage
• You'll transfer files between shelving, workstations, and storage areas while preparing documentation for archival pickup
• You'll support records retention activities by fiscal year while following established procedures
• You'll ensure all records remain accurate, complete, and consistently maintained
Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of experience in data entry, records management, administrative support, or a similar office environment
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to data accuracy
• Comfortable learning new systems and technology quickly
• Ability to follow documented procedures with minimal ongoing supervision
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Comfortable performing light physical tasks, including handling and moving file boxes weighing approximately 10 lbs.
