Your Responsibilities
- You'll lead full-cycle recruitment for a diverse portfolio of positions, from sourcing through to offer negotiation and onboarding.
- You'll partner with hiring managers to develop recruitment strategies, provide market insights, and guide hiring decisions.
- You'll proactively source top talent using LinkedIn Recruiter, social media, and creative talent attraction strategies.
- You'll create interview guides, screening tools, and assessments to support fair, inclusive, and effective hiring.
- You'll manage candidate communications, reference checks, offer preparation, and applicant tracking system updates.
- You'll collaborate with HR colleagues on employer branding initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
Skills and Qualifications
- 4+ years of progressive in-house, full-cycle recruitment experience in a corporate environment.
- Advanced written and verbal communication skills in both English and French.
- Proven experience sourcing passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter and other talent attraction platforms.
- Strong knowledge of applicant tracking systems and HR technology, ideally including Workday and Jobvite.
- Excellent relationship-building, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering an exceptional candidate experience with professionalism and attention to detail.
