Your Responsibilities
• You'll receive, log, label, and track incoming specimens and related documentation with a high degree of accuracy
• You'll assign unique identifiers to specimens while ensuring all information is recorded correctly
• You'll maintain accurate records to support tracking from receipt through processing and reporting
• You'll help manage a high volume of work while maintaining strong attention to detail and meeting timelines
• You'll collaborate with the administrative team to support daily operational priorities
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous administrative or office support experience in a fast-paced environment
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
• Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
• Comfortable working with data entry and tracking documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
• A basic understanding of anatomy is considered an asset
