About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and proactive Office Administrator to join a busy, professional office environment. You’ll play an important role in keeping day-to-day operations running smoothly, supporting administration, accounting activities, documentation, and general office needs.

You’ll work closely with internal team members, suppliers, contractors, and other external contacts, making this a great fit for someone who enjoys variety and takes pride in keeping things organized. No commercial real estate experience is required. What matters most is strong administrative experience, hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable knowledge, and a willingness to learn.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support day-to-day office administration, correspondence, scheduling, electronic filing, and document management.
• You’ll process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, ensuring records and supporting documentation are complete and accurate.
• You’ll assist with invoicing, payments, account follow-up, and routine bookkeeping activities.
• You’ll enter and maintain accounting information and supporting documentation in QuickBooks.
• You’ll communicate with suppliers, contractors, service providers, and internal stakeholders to coordinate requests and follow up on outstanding items.
• You’ll help coordinate general office and property-related services, including quotations, repairs, maintenance, and other operational needs.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of office administration experience, including hands-on accounts payable and accounts receivable responsibilities.
• Practical knowledge of invoicing, payment processing, record keeping, and general bookkeeping processes.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word, Google Sheets, Google Drive, and Gmail.
• Working knowledge of QuickBooks is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills with excellent accuracy, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Professional written and verbal communication skills when working with internal and external contacts.
• A proactive and resourceful approach, with the ability to manage changing priorities and independently handle routine issues.
