About the Opportunity

An established organization in the commercial real estate sector is seeking a collaborative and customer-focused Property Manager to oversee a diverse portfolio of mixed-use light industrial and commercial office properties.

In this role, you will work closely with tenants, contractors, and internal teams to deliver operational excellence while fostering strong relationships built on trust and responsiveness. Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the day-to-day operations of a mixed-use commercial property portfolio while delivering exceptional tenant service.
• You'll build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders, resolving issues efficiently and professionally.
• You'll oversee operating and capital budgets, approve purchase orders and invoices, and support the financial performance of the portfolio.
• You'll mentor and develop team members while fostering a collaborative, high-performing workplace culture.
• You'll ensure compliance with lease obligations, corporate policies, environmental initiatives, and health and safety requirements.
• You'll conduct building inspections, oversee maintenance initiatives, and help implement new operational programs and sustainability initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive commercial property management experience, including at least 2 years as a Commercial Assistant Property Manager.
• Must be licensed in Rental Property Management through the British Columbia Financial Services Authority (BCFSA).
• Experience developing and managing operating and capital budgets.
• Strong relationship-building, customer service, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience leading or mentoring team members is considered an asset.
• Proficiency with property management software such as Yardi and Construction Manager is an asset.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining professionalism, flexibility, and attention to detail.
