Job Description

Project / Program Coordinator (Hybrid – Vancouver, BC)

Location: Vancouver, BC (Hybrid – Tuesdays onsite)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hours/week

Altis Recruitment is seeking a Project / Program Coordinator on behalf of our client, a global enterprise software organization. This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative team supporting large-scale software initiatives, release management activities, and process improvement projects.

What You'll Do

  • Coordinate project activities from planning through delivery.

  • Support software release processes and help ensure project milestones are met.

  • Track project schedules, risks, dependencies, and action items.

  • Prepare status reports and maintain project documentation.

  • Collaborate with Product Managers, Engineering, Security, and Business teams.

  • Create and maintain Jira dashboards and project reports.

  • Support Agile ceremonies and monitor delivery metrics such as velocity, burndown, and cycle time.

  • Identify opportunities to improve team processes and operational efficiency.

  • Assist with release documentation and compliance-related activities.

What You'll Bring

  • 2–5 years of experience in project coordination, program coordination, PMO, or a similar role.

  • Experience supporting software, IT, or enterprise technology projects.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Experience using Jira and working in Agile environments.

  • Strong stakeholder coordination and relationship-building skills.

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.

  • Experience with SAP or enterprise software is considered an asset but is not required.
