In this role, you will work closely with property managers, leasing professionals, contractors, and tenants to help deliver a seamless experience across a portfolio of residential properties. Your Responsibilities
• You'll serve as the primary point of contact for tenant inquiries, service requests, and day-to-day communication
• You'll coordinate maintenance and repair requests, following up to ensure timely completion
• You'll support move-ins, move-outs, inspections, key management, and welcome packages
• You'll maintain accurate tenant records, lease documentation, correspondence, and service logs
• You'll prepare tenant notices, newsletters, and general communications while assisting with lease administration
• You'll monitor amenity bookings, manage tenant concerns, and escalate issues when appropriate
• You'll support reporting, filing, data entry, and ensure compliance with company policies and tenancy legislation

Skills and Qualifications
• 1+ years of administrative experience, ideally within property management, real estate, or a related environment
• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills with a professional and confident approach
• Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable taking direction, adapting to expectations, and following established processes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn property management systems
• A customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills
