About the Opportunity

We are seeking a Brand Experience Coordinator to support the planning, coordination, and delivery of engaging brand experiences and community-focused programs for a leading organization in the outdoor apparel industry.

Working closely with cross-functional teams and external partners, you'll play a key role in delivering events, supporting professional partner programs, and ensuring every experience reflects a commitment to quality, collaboration, and innovation. Your Responsibilities
• You'll support the planning, coordination, and execution of brand experiences, community events, and experiential marketing initiatives.
• You'll collaborate with internal teams and external partners to coordinate programming, logistics, timelines, and event delivery.
• You'll manage contracts, purchase orders, invoices, vendor coordination, and other administrative processes to keep projects on track.
• You'll provide coordination and administrative support for professional partner programs, maintaining documentation, onboarding activities, and tracking tools.
• You'll assist with travel arrangements, venue logistics, product coordination, and on-site event support as required.
• You'll research industry trends, programming concepts, speakers, and community partners to support future initiatives.
• You'll contribute to project reporting, event recaps, and process improvements that enhance program delivery.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of experience in event coordination, project coordination, experiential marketing, partnerships, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• Experience supporting contracts, invoicing, purchase orders, budgets, or other administrative processes.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and the ability to quickly learn new project management and administrative platforms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a collaborative and proactive approach.
• Ability to travel as required and adapt confidently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Experience coordinating large-scale events, community programming, professional partner or ambassador programs, or a passion for the outdoor industry is considered an asset.
