About the Opportunity
Are you someone who enjoys keeping things organized and takes pride in getting the details right? We are recruiting a Filing Clerk to support a busy HR team within a professional office environment in downtown Toronto. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring employee records are accurate, complete, and well organized.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys structured work, values confidentiality, and is looking to gain experience within a collaborative corporate environment. Your attention to detail will directly support the integrity of employee records and day-to-day operations.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll sort and file employee documents into the appropriate personnel files with a high degree of accuracy.
• You'll assist with clearing a backlog of paper employee documentation while maintaining organization throughout the process.
• You'll ensure documents are filed in the correct sections and identify any missing, duplicate, or misplaced records.
• You'll keep filing systems organized, current, and easy to maintain.
• You'll handle sensitive employee information with complete confidentiality while following established privacy and records retention procedures.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous filing, clerical, or administrative experience is considered an asset.
• Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Comfortable working independently and completing repetitive tasks with accuracy.
• Reliable, dependable, and committed to producing high-quality work.
