What's In It for You
• Gain valuable experience with a well-established charitable organization supporting healthcare initiatives.
• Work alongside experienced fundraising and finance professionals in a collaborative environment.
• Enjoy a hybrid work model that offers both in-office collaboration and remote flexibility.
• Build your experience with leading donor databases and CRM systems while contributing to meaningful work.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll process donations received by cheque, cash, credit card and online channels with a high level of accuracy.
• You'll issue and verify charitable tax receipts, ensuring all applicable guidelines are followed.
• You'll enter, update and maintain donor information within the organization's donor database, ensuring records remain complete and free of duplicates.
• You'll respond professionally to donor inquiries received by email, phone and in person regarding receipts and donation records.
• You'll maintain accurate filing and documentation while supporting year-end gift processing activities.
• You'll use Excel and internal databases to reconcile information and ensure data integrity.

Skills and Qualifications
• 1 to 2+ years of experience in gift processing, accounting, finance or a related administrative role, preferably within a non-profit or philanthropy environment.
• Experience processing financial transactions, donations or charitable tax receipts is considered an asset.
• Experience using Raiser's Edge is highly preferred. Salesforce or other CRM/database experience is also highly valued.
