In this highly visible position, you'll collaborate closely with Senior Leadership, providing financial analysis, reporting, and forecasting that help shape business strategy. Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead monthly, quarterly, and annual financial analysis, delivering insightful variance reporting and executive-level performance commentary.
• You'll prepare reporting packages, board materials, and financial summaries that support senior leaders and key stakeholders.
• You'll own the budgeting and rolling forecast processes across more than 250 operating locations, while developing robust financial models to support planning and investment decisions.
• You'll partner with cross-functional leaders to evaluate business performance, identify growth opportunities, and provide data-driven recommendations.
• You'll enhance financial reporting processes by leveraging systems such as OneStream or similar platforms, while improving automation, efficiency, and data integrity.
• You'll support strategic projects and executive initiatives through ad hoc analysis and high-impact financial insights.

 

Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A.
• Experience working in a multi-entity or consolidated financial environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline, CPA designation or progress toward designation is considered an asset.
• Advanced Excel skills, along with experience using financial systems such as OneStream, Hyperion, Intacct, or similar platforms.
• Experience with Power BI, Power Query, SQL, and financial modelling.
• Strong analytical, presentation, and communication skills with the ability to translate financial data into actionable business insights.
• Proven ability to manage competing priorities while maintaining accuracy, professionalism, and a high level of accountability.
