Your Responsibilities
• You'll build relationships by speaking with candidates and prospective clients through professional phone outreach
• You'll write thoughtful, personalized emails that create meaningful connections
• You'll learn about Canada's labour market and staffing industry while supporting recruitment or sales initiatives
• You'll use applicant tracking and CRM systems to organize activity and manage relationships
• You'll develop consultative selling and sourcing skills through practical experience and ongoing coaching
• You'll contribute to a collaborative team environment while continuously applying feedback to strengthen your skills

Skills and Qualifications
• Demonstrated achievements through school, work, athletics, volunteering, or other pursuits
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English
• Interest in business, sales, recruitment, or relationship-focused careers
• Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail
• Ability to write thoughtful, authentic, and professional communications
• Positive attitude, resilience, and willingness to learn from feedback
• Comfortable building relationships and communicating with a variety of people
