Location: Toronto, Ottawa, or Montreal (Hybrid, minimum 3 days per week in office)
Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills. French is considered an asset but is not required.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead enterprise-wide transformation initiatives from opportunity identification through implementation, ensuring solutions align with long-term business objectives.
• You'll evaluate corporate real estate operations to identify efficiencies, cost savings, automation opportunities, and strategies that improve operational performance.
• You'll collaborate with senior leaders across corporate services to prioritize initiatives, build business cases, and deliver measurable results.
• You'll leverage AI-enabled technologies, analytics, and process improvement methodologies to streamline operations and support informed decision making.
• You'll establish performance metrics, monitor outcomes, and present strategic recommendations and transformation roadmaps to executive leadership.
• You'll champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and operational excellence while influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, commercial real estate, facilities management, or business transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading strategic transformation initiatives that delivered measurable cost savings, operational improvements, automation, or business value.
• Experience driving AI-enabled transformation initiatives and identifying opportunities to modernize business processes.
• Strong understanding of commercial real estate operations, facilities, asset management, or related business environments.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related discipline. An MBA or equivalent graduate degree is considered an asset.
• Exceptional analytical, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive communication skills.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with ServiceNow, Agile, Business Process Management (BPM), or Lean Six Sigma methodologies is considered an asset.
• Willingness to travel between Toronto and Montreal, as required.
