Location: Downtown Calgary, AB, On-site 
Language: Excellent written and verbal English communication skills required
Duration: 6 month Contract, with the potential for extension based on business needs

About the Opportunity
An established Real Estate organization is seeking a Leasing Administrative Assistant to join its Calgary leasing team. This opportunity has been created to provide additional administrative support during a particularly busy period, allowing the leasing team to focus on client meetings, property tours and active transactions while ensuring day-to-day operations continue to run smoothly.

Working alongside experienced leasing professionals in a collaborative environment, you'll play an important role behind the scenes by processing documentation, maintaining leasing records, tracking invoices and supporting a variety of administrative activities. Your Responsibilities
• You'll process leasing documentation, distribute correspondence, maintain filing systems, and ensure records remain accurate and organized.
• You'll enter lease information, deal terms, and supporting documentation into Yardi and other internal systems.
• You'll process commission and vendor invoices while maintaining tracking spreadsheets and supporting financial administration.
• You'll assist with leasing reports, availability information, stacking plans, and other administrative projects as required.
• You'll support multiple members of the leasing team by managing changing priorities and responding to day-to-day administrative requests.
• You'll contribute to special projects and provide general administrative support to help keep the leasing team operating efficiently.

Skills and Qualifications
• 2+ years of administrative experience in a fast-paced office environment.
• Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize multiple requests and adapt to changing workloads.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills, including Excel. Experience creating or working with V lookup, pivot tables is considered an asset.
• Strong computer literacy with the ability to learn new software quickly. Experience with Yardi is an asset but not required.
• Experience processing invoices or supporting financial administration is considered an asset.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign or Illustrator is considered an asset.
• A proactive, collaborative self-starter with exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.
