Your Responsibilities
• You'll partner with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, validate, and document business and functional requirements
• You'll facilitate discovery workshops, stakeholder interviews, and solution walkthroughs to ensure business needs are clearly understood
• You'll create business requirements documents, process maps, user stories, workflow diagrams, use cases, and RACI matrices that support successful project delivery
• You'll collaborate with technical teams to translate business needs into effective solution requirements while supporting data mapping and process improvement initiatives
• You'll identify project risks, dependencies, and opportunities while managing multiple concurrent deliverables
• You'll support implementation activities, user acceptance testing, and user adoption to help ensure successful project outcomes
Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive Business Systems Analyst or Business Analyst experience within large enterprise or consulting environments
• Demonstrated expertise in requirements analysis, business process mapping, documentation, and stakeholder management
• Experience creating process maps, workflow diagrams, RACI documentation, and performing business data mapping and data flow analysis
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects while building effective relationships with business and technical stakeholders
• Experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT), process improvement initiatives, and project delivery activities
• Proficiency with tools such as Visio, Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, or similar platforms, with exposure to Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid delivery methodologies considered an asset
• CBAP, CCBA, PMI-PBA, or a related certification is considered an asset, as is experience supporting Audit, Tax, Finance, Internal IT, or other corporate functions
