Working alongside an experienced Program Director, fellow Project Managers, and cross-functional technical and business teams, you will help deliver multiple interconnected projects within a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee the full project management lifecycle for multiple complex projects, from initiation and planning through execution and closeout.
• You'll manage several concurrent projects with budgets exceeding $3 million, ensuring delivery within scope, budget, and established timelines.
• You'll coordinate project dependencies across a broader technology program while maintaining alignment with overall program objectives.
• You'll develop and maintain detailed project schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk logs, and executive reporting to provide visibility across stakeholders.
• You'll build strong relationships with technical and business leaders, using negotiation and conflict resolution skills to drive alignment and project success.
• You'll prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, progress reports, and project updates to sponsors, senior leadership, and key stakeholders.
Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience leading large, complex enterprise projects with demonstrated success delivering multiple concurrent initiatives.
• PMP designation or a Master's Certificate in Project Management is required.
• Extensive knowledge of formal project management methodologies, governance, documentation, and best practices.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, presentation, stakeholder management, and executive reporting skills.
• Proven ability to influence senior leaders, manage competing priorities, and lead cross-functional teams through complex change.
• Experience delivering healthcare IT projects is highly preferred, along with experience managing projects within large enterprise programs.
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud storage, network architecture, infrastructure deployments, Epic systems, and Smartsheet is considered a strong asset.
