Senior Project Manager

Location: Toronto (Hybrid)

Reporting to the Program Director, you will collaborate with fellow Project Managers, technical teams, and senior leaders to ensure projects remain aligned with broader program objectives. Your Responsibilities
• You'll oversee the full project management lifecycle for multiple concurrent, complex projects, from initiation through successful completion
• You'll manage project budgets exceeding $3 million, ensuring deliverables remain on scope, on schedule, and within budget
• You'll develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, resource plans, budgets, risk registers, and executive reporting documentation
• You'll collaborate with Program leadership and fellow Project Managers to coordinate dependencies across interconnected initiatives
• You'll engage stakeholders at all levels, using strong negotiation and conflict resolution skills to build alignment and drive successful outcomes
• You'll prepare and deliver executive-level presentations, progress updates, and project communications to sponsors and senior leadership

Skills and Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience managing large, complex enterprise projects with multiple concurrent workstreams
• PMP designation or Master's Certificate in Project Management is required
• Expert knowledge of formal project management methodologies, governance, documentation, and delivery practices
• Experience managing interdependent projects within large technology programs, preferably in healthcare IT environments
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with experience presenting to executive audiences
• Technical knowledge of Microsoft Azure, cloud infrastructure, network architecture, and Epic systems is considered a strong asset
• Experience using Smartsheet Project Management Software is an asset, along with exceptional leadership, collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities
