Your Responsibilities
• You'll lead the design and development of scalable software solutions that align with enterprise architecture and compliance standards.
• You'll define technical strategies, evaluate solution feasibility, and guide development teams through complex technical decisions.
• You'll design and enhance automated testing frameworks, CI/CD pipelines, and development tools to improve delivery quality and efficiency.
• You'll review code, establish development standards, and promote engineering best practices across teams.
• You'll troubleshoot complex production issues, maintain platform stability, and recommend long-term technical improvements.
• You'll provide technical leadership on software integrations, API design, microservices architecture, and DevOps practices.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive software development experience, including enterprise-scale applications and technical leadership.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Strong expertise with version control systems, collaborative development workflows, and modern software engineering practices.
• Advanced experience designing and supporting CI/CD pipelines, automation frameworks, and DevOps processes.
• Deep understanding of Agile delivery methodologies, SDLC, release management, and environment promotion strategies.
• Proven experience designing microservices, RESTful APIs, software integrations, and scalable enterprise architectures.
• Demonstrated ability to influence technical direction, mentor engineering teams, and communicate effectively with technical stakeholders.
