Your Responsibilities

• You'll lead governance activities for a large enterprise technology transformation, ensuring projects remain aligned with business priorities and delivery milestones.
• You'll coordinate deliverables across multiple internal technology teams, business stakeholders, and external implementation partners.
• You'll manage executive reporting, program status updates, risks, issues, dependencies, and action plans to support informed decision-making.
• You'll facilitate cross-functional collaboration, helping teams navigate competing priorities while maintaining delivery momentum.
• You'll support resource planning, program governance, and continuous improvement initiatives throughout the project lifecycle.

Skills and Qualifications

• 7+ years of progressive Project Management experience, including 2+ years managing large, enterprise technology programs or complex cross-functional initiatives.
• Experience leading enterprise technology transformations involving multiple internal teams, executive stakeholders, and external vendors.
• Strong knowledge of project governance, dependency management, executive reporting, RAID management, budgeting, and resource planning.
• Experience working within large enterprise environments involving technologies such as SAP, Salesforce, enterprise integrations, or Master Data Management is considered an asset.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credentials are preferred.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
