About the Opportunity
Join a major Canadian organization during a critical enterprise transformation initiative as they implement Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. This role offers the opportunity to design and deliver identity lifecycle integrations that directly support employee onboarding and offboarding, helping ensure secure and seamless access across the organization.

Working alongside ERP, Identity and Access Management, and implementation partners, you'll play a key role in building scalable integrations that support a successful go-live. Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and develop end-to-end integrations between Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and Microsoft Entra ID and Active Directory.
• You'll build transformation logic to convert Oracle HCM data into SCIM-compliant payloads using PowerShell, Azure Logic Apps, or similar automation technologies.
• You'll configure and validate full and delta synchronization processes, including Oracle ATOM Feed integrations.
• You'll perform unit, system, and user acceptance testing while troubleshooting integration issues throughout implementation.
• You'll support cutover, go-live activities, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal support teams.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of experience delivering enterprise integration or identity management solutions.
• Hands-on experience integrating Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM with Microsoft Entra ID or Active Directory.
• Strong PowerShell scripting and automation experience.
• Experience with SCIM provisioning, Azure Logic Apps, Azure Automation, or similar integration technologies.
• Knowledge of Oracle ATOM Feed APIs, identity lifecycle management, and enterprise onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder collaboration skills.
• Experience working within Agile delivery environments is considered an asset.
