About the Opportunity
We’re hiring an experienced Executive Assistant for an 11-week contract with a large, established non-profit organization in Toronto. Supporting two Vice Presidents across Marketing and Communications, you’ll step into a busy environment where strong organization, responsiveness and sound judgment are essential.
This is a great opportunity for an EA who enjoys working closely with senior leaders and can quickly become a trusted partner. You’ll keep priorities moving, coordinate executive schedules and meetings, prepare polished materials and help ensure important action items don’t fall through the cracks.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide day-to-day executive support to two Vice Presidents, managing calendars, meetings and competing priorities.
• You’ll prepare and refine PowerPoint presentations and materials for senior leadership and board-level meetings.
• You’ll support executive communications, ensuring information is clear, polished and delivered promptly.
• You’ll attend key meetings, capture action items and help drive follow-up and completion.
• You’ll coordinate across teams and stakeholders to keep priorities and deliverables moving forward.
• You’ll anticipate needs, troubleshoot issues and adjust quickly as priorities change.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of Executive Assistant or senior administrative support experience.
• Demonstrated experience supporting VP-level or other senior executives.
• Strong PowerPoint skills, with experience preparing professional executive presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with confidence interacting with senior stakeholders.
• Strong organization, prioritization and multitasking skills in a fast-moving environment.
• Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment and learn quickly.
• Canva experience is considered an asset.
