Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the planning, analysis, design, and implementation of enterprise IT and operational transformation initiatives, including ERP and SaaS modernization.

• 10+ years of progressive Business Analysis and/or Project/Program Management experience leading complex enterprise implementations and transformations.
• Demonstrated ERP and enterprise systems experience, including SAP S/4HANA, Ariba, Concur, SuccessFactors, other SaaS solutions, integrations, or digital platform modernization.
• Strong healthcare sector experience is highly preferred.
• Proven expertise in stakeholder and vendor management, requirements management, target operating models, and business process optimization.
• Advanced analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and executive communication skills.
• Expertise across Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies.
