Job Description

Location: Toronto, ON, Hybrid, 2–3 days onsite per week
Language: Bilingual English and French, strong written and spoken communication in both languages required
Duration: 11-week contract, with potential for extension or permanent conversion

About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Senior Bilingual Recruiter (Talent Acquisition) to join the experienced Talent Acquisition team of a leading professional services organization. This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced corporate recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and knows how to keep multiple searches moving while delivering a thoughtful candidate experience.

You’ll work closely with hiring managers and recruitment partners to attract talent across a variety of corporate functions, including Finance, HR, Marketing, and Administration. Your ability to build relationships, understand hiring needs and confidently manage the full recruitment lifecycle will be key to your success.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage full-cycle recruitment, from intake and sourcing through interviews and offer acceptance
• You’ll lead multiple requisitions and high-volume recruitment campaigns while keeping hiring timelines on track
• You’ll review applications, conduct virtual screening interviews and assess candidates against role requirements
• You’ll proactively source and engage active and passive candidates for challenging searches
• You’ll partner with hiring managers to clarify requirements, share market insights and provide timely candidate updates
• You’ll build talent pipelines for recurring and high-volume hiring needs
• You’ll use Workday, sourcing platforms and AI-enabled recruitment tools to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes

Skills and Qualifications
• 3–5 years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience, including hands-on full-cycle corporate recruitment
• Bilingual English and French communication skills, both written and spoken
• Experience recruiting across corporate functions such as Finance, HR, Marketing, and Administration
• Strong knowledge of the Canadian talent market, including Quebec
• Proven experience with high-volume résumé screening, interviewing, passive sourcing and pipeline development
• Experience with Workday, recruitment technologies and AI-powered digital tools
• Strong stakeholder management, organization and communication skills, with the ability to balance competing priorities
