About the Opportunity
We’re seeking an Applications Support Specialist to join a mission-driven, national non-profit organization that supports teams and stakeholders across Canada. Reporting to the IT Manager, you’ll help keep critical business platforms running smoothly while providing responsive, people-focused technical support.
You’ll work alongside fellow analysts, vendors, and stakeholders across a federated environment, supporting systems that enable teams to deliver meaningful services in their communities. This is a hands-on opportunity for someone who enjoys solving problems, building relationships, and making technology easier for people to use.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll provide day-to-day support and administration for Dynamics 365 CRM/Dataverse, an LMS, SR365/Sparkrock365, and other business applications.
• You’ll triage, troubleshoot, document, and resolve service desk tickets, escalating complex issues while keeping stakeholders informed.
• You’ll serve as a key technical contact for distributed stakeholders, translating their needs and pain points into practical solutions.
• You’ll execute test cases for new features, configurations, and system changes, documenting results and defects.
• You’ll support vendors and development teams by documenting issues and communicating user requirements.
• You’ll deliver training and create clear documentation and job aids that build user confidence and self-sufficiency.
Skills and Qualifications
• 4–7+ years of progressive IT experience, including hands-on support experience within an ITSM or ticketing environment
• Experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM and Business Central or an equivalent ERP, including CRM data, workflows, and user/security roles
• Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Entra ID, SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Teams, and Power Platform
• PowerApps and Power Automate workflow experience is an asset
• Exposure to SR365/Sparkrock365, Business Central-based ERP systems, and Learning Management Systems is an asset
• Strong communication, documentation, organization, troubleshooting, and stakeholder relationship-building skills
• Post-secondary education or certification in IT, Computer Science, or a related field is an asset, with non-profit or multi-entity organization experience strongly preferred
