About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading enterprise organization to hire an experienced DevOps / Systems Administrator with expertise in PKI automation and certificate lifecycle management. In this role, you'll help modernize enterprise certificate services by designing and delivering automation that improves security, governance, and operational efficiency across cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll design and build automation for certificate issuance, renewal, deployment, revocation, inventory management, and compliance reporting.
• You'll develop reusable API integrations connecting DigiCert, CyberArk Certificate Manager, Microsoft Entra ID, ServiceNow, DNS, and cloud platforms.
• You'll automate onboarding processes for applications, service accounts, identities, policies, and certificate services.
• You'll partner with application and platform teams to integrate their environments with the enterprise certificate platform and promote adoption of automation capabilities.
• You'll create monitoring, dashboards, operational reporting, and reconciliation processes to improve certificate visibility and governance.
• You'll provide technical guidance, troubleshooting support, documentation, and reference implementations throughout migration and automation initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of progressive experience in DevOps, Platform Engineering, Systems Administration, or Infrastructure Automation.
• Hands-on experience with enterprise PKI, certificate lifecycle management, and certificate platform integrations.
• Strong experience integrating technologies such as DigiCert, CyberArk Certificate Manager or Zero Trust PKI, Microsoft Entra ID, and ServiceNow CMDB.
• Advanced scripting and automation experience using PowerShell and/or Python, with strong REST API integration skills.
• Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code and CI/CD tools such as Terraform, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins.
• Experience with DNS automation, cloud platforms, secrets management, monitoring, and enterprise security controls.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across technical and business teams.
