About the Opportunity
Are you a hands-on technical leader who enjoys solving complex challenges while guiding high-performing development teams? We are seeking an experienced Software Development Lead to play a key role in delivering enterprise-scale Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions within a collaborative, technology-driven environment.

In this role, you'll balance hands-on software development with technical leadership and architectural oversight. Working alongside Solution Architects, Project Managers, and cross-functional technology teams, you'll help deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable solutions that support meaningful business outcomes while mentoring developers and promoting engineering excellence.

Your Responsibilities
• You'll develop and review complex C#/.NET, Dynamics 365, and Power Platform solutions, including Model-driven Apps and Canvas Apps using Power Fx.
• You'll provide technical leadership through code reviews, mentoring, troubleshooting, proof-of-concept development, and adherence to engineering standards.
• You'll coordinate technical delivery by managing risks, dependencies, and cross-functional collaboration with Platform, Security, Infrastructure, Data, DevOps, and Architecture teams.
• You'll work closely with project leadership to communicate technical progress, support milestone readiness, and resolve implementation challenges.
• You'll review solution architecture, validate technical decisions, assess trade-offs, and ensure solutions align with enterprise architecture standards and Microsoft platform best practices.

 

Skills and Qualifications
• 6+ years of progressive software engineering and development experience, supported by a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement applications, including Customer Service, Field Service, configuration, customization, development, integrations, and end-to-end implementations.
• Strong expertise with Power Platform, including Power Apps, Canvas Apps, Model-driven Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power Fx, and Power Component Framework (PCF).
• 5+ years of advanced C#/.NET development experience, combined with strong Microsoft Azure, REST API, enterprise integration, SQL Server, and Dataverse expertise.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Software Development Lead, Technical Lead, Senior Developer, Solution Architect, or in a similar leadership capacity.
• Experience with Git, Azure DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, Dynamics 365 and Power Platform ALM, along with the ability to coordinate technical teams and influence stakeholders across multiple business and technology functions without direct authority.
