About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced technology and product leader to shape the delivery and evolution of a large-scale employee experience platform within a complex enterprise environment. You’ll lead a platform powered by ServiceNow and Moveworks, helping connect employees with smarter self-service, AI-enabled experiences, and streamlined workflows.

Working across HR, IT, Corporate Functions, Digital Workplace, Enterprise Services, and external partners, you’ll bring business and technical teams together around a shared roadmap. You’ll also lead and develop a multidisciplinary team while ensuring platform investments translate into meaningful employee and business outcomes.

What’s In It for You
You’ll have the opportunity to influence an enterprise platform with broad organizational impact, combining product ownership, transformation leadership, AI innovation, and people management. You’ll work with senior leaders and cross-functional experts while building a high-performing team and helping shape how emerging technology improves the employee experience.

Your Responsibilities
  • You’ll lead end-to-end platform implementation and expansion, from planning and requirements through deployment, adoption, and value realization.
  • As the accountable Product Owner, you’ll own the roadmap, backlog, prioritization, release planning, and sequencing of platform capabilities.
  • Lead executive governance and stakeholder alignment across business, technology, security, architecture, operations, and vendor teams.
  • You’ll oversee scope, timelines, resources, budgets, dependencies, risks, change management, and executive reporting.
  • Partner with business teams to design and launch AI-powered employee experiences, automations, and agentic workflows.
  • Lead, coach, and develop platform professionals, implementation managers, solution architects, and AI specialists.
  • Establish and track measures for adoption, employee satisfaction, self-service effectiveness, automation value, productivity, and business outcomes.

Skills and Qualifications
  • 8+ years of experience leading enterprise platform implementations, digital transformations, or SaaS deployments, plus 3+ years of people leadership experience.
  • Proven Product Owner, Product Manager, Program Manager, or Platform Leader experience, including backlog management, prioritization, release planning, and roadmaps.
  • Strong program management expertise spanning scope, budgets, resources, timelines, risks, governance, and organizational change.
  • Demonstrated experience applying AI, conversational AI, copilots, virtual agents, automation, or agentic workflows to business and employee experiences.
  • Experience with ServiceNow and Moveworks is preferred, particularly within HR technology, IT service management, employee experience, or enterprise self-service environments.
  • Experience managing enterprise vendors and implementation partners, with strong executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience. Agile Product Owner, Scrum Product Owner, PMP, SAFe, or related certifications are considered assets.

Note from the Hiring Manager
