About the Opportunity
We’re looking for a Lead UX/UI Designer to shape the end-to-end digital experience for customers across iOS, Android, web applications, and websites within a large consumer-focused organization. You’ll set the UX/UI vision, create intuitive experiences, and establish consistency across a growing digital ecosystem.

You’ll join a collaborative, multidisciplinary Agile team of developers, product and project professionals, business analysts, architects, DevOps, and application support specialists. This is an opportunity to combine hands-on design with strategic leadership, influencing how digital products evolve from initial concept through delivery.

What’s In It for You

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll own and drive the UX/UI vision across iOS, Android, web applications, and websites.
• You’ll establish and govern a unified design system, visual language, design tokens, and interface content standards.
• You’ll create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished interfaces using responsive and mobile-first principles.
• You’ll lead user research, usability testing, and design validation, translating insights into measurable experience improvements.
• You’ll champion accessibility, Design Thinking, iOS Human Interface Guidelines, and Android Material Design best practices.
• You’ll partner with Product and Engineering throughout discovery, backlog refinement, sprint planning, delivery, and iteration.
• You’ll integrate AI-powered tools into design and prototyping workflows to accelerate delivery while maintaining quality and consistency.

Skills and Qualifications
• 7+ years of relevant UX/UI design experience, including proven leadership across mobile and web products.
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or equivalent experience.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end UX ownership, cross-platform design, design systems, and mobile-first solutions.
• Hands-on expertise with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools, plus JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
• Proven expertise in Design Thinking, design systems, design tokens, responsive design, accessibility, UX writing, and cross-platform UX.
• Experience using AI-powered tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Figma AI, or similar within the UX/UI lifecycle.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with fluency in written and spoken English and French.
