As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a hands-on role supporting transportation and operations teams, ensuring documentation, tracking, and administrative processes run smoothly from order to delivery.
You will work closely with reverse logistics, transportation management, warehouse teams, and external service providers. Your contributions will help prevent missed revenue, resolve operational issues, and support a seamless customer experience in a fast-paced, operationally focused environment.

You’ll support transportation and operations teams by providing accurate, timely administrative assistance.
You’ll track and trace orders to ensure successful and on-time delivery outcomes.
You’ll collect and manage Bills of Lading, Proof of Delivery, and related documentation.
You’ll collaborate with the reverse logistics team by monitoring shared inboxes and responding promptly.
You’ll assist with claims investigation, documentation, and carrier communication to reduce future risk.
You’ll maintain detailed spreadsheets and update Airtable daily to reflect current claim statuses.
You’ll act as a liaison between service providers, customer service, warehouse teams, and management.
2–3 years of experience in an administrative role, ideally within logistics, transportation, or operations.
Diploma or degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field preferred.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, with Airtable experience considered an asset.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a service-oriented mindset.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail across documentation and tracking processes.
Proven ability to investigate issues, resolve challenges, and escalate when appropriate.
A collaborative, adaptable approach with the ability to manage shifting priorities.
