You’ll support day-to-day Canadian payroll processing while helping the team prepare for an important transition from ADP Workforce Now to Dayforce, targeted for January 2027.

The team needs someone who can jump in, keep payroll running accurately and on schedule, and contribute practical Dayforce expertise throughout the implementation.

What’s In It for You
You’ll join a collaborative environment where your payroll knowledge will be valued from day one. This is a great opportunity to gain further Dayforce implementation exposure while working across Canadian and U.S. payroll processes, with overtime available and expected around critical payroll deadlines.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll process end-to-end payroll accurately and on time across bi-weekly and semi-monthly cycles.
• You’ll manage payroll volumes of approximately 600–800 part-time employees bi-weekly and semi-monthly.
• You’ll support the organization’s transition from ADP Workforce Now to Dayforce.
• You’ll assist with Canadian payroll and provide U.S. payroll support as needed.
• You’ll ensure critical payroll deadlines are met, including working overtime when required.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of hands-on payroll experience, with strong end-to-end payroll knowledge.
• Recent, practical Dayforce experience is required.
• Experience working with ADP Workforce Now.
• Canadian payroll expertise is required, with U.S. payroll experience considered a strong asset.
• Strong Excel skills and the ability to work confidently with payroll data.
• Payroll certification and previous managerial or leadership experience are considered assets.
