Skills and Qualifications

  • 3+ years of directly relevant corporate law clerk experience, with senior-level experience preferred.
  • Graduate of a recognized Law Clerk program or equivalent directly relevant legal experience.
  • Strong corporate law experience, ideally gained within a reputable law firm or complex in-house legal environment.
  • Hands-on experience with corporate records, resolutions, entity formations, reorganizations and transactional support.

  • Comfortable working independently through ambiguity and taking ownership of your work.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills and ability to quickly learn legal and entity-management technology.
