About the Opportunity
Altis Recruitment is seeking Customer Service Representatives to support an innovative, high-volume AI training initiative. This opportunity brings together human interaction, technology and quality evaluation, with your work directly contributing to the ongoing improvement of AI systems.
You’ll spend your day connecting with businesses across a variety of service environments, evaluating real-world interactions and documenting what you observe. This is not a sales role. It’s an opportunity for polished communicators and attentive listeners who enjoy working with people while following structured processes and maintaining a strong focus on accuracy.
What’s In It for You
You’ll gain exposure to an innovative AI initiative while applying transferable skills from customer service, hospitality, quality assurance and other people-focused environments. You’ll receive training before new campaigns and work in a structured setting where communication, curiosity, consistency and attention to detail are valued.
Your Responsibilities
• You’ll conduct approximately 5–6 structured outbound calls per hour to businesses and service providers.
• You’ll follow predetermined scenarios and questions while keeping conversations natural and professional.
• You’ll listen objectively, evaluate interactions and complete detailed scorecards and annotations.
• You’ll maintain approximately 92–95% quality expectations while balancing accuracy and productivity.
• You’ll participate in simulations and role-playing exercises before beginning new campaigns.
• You’ll adapt to unexpected conversational situations while remaining within established guidelines.
Skills and Qualifications
• Customer-facing experience in hospitality, concierge services, customer support, reception, client services, call centres, quality assurance or a related environment is an asset.
• Excellent spoken English and strong written communication and documentation skills.
• Strong active listening, observation and attention to detail, with the ability to objectively evaluate interactions.
• Confidence making outbound calls throughout an 8-hour shift while maintaining a polished telephone manner.
• Strong judgment, adaptability and the ability to ask questions naturally without sounding scripted.
• Ability to follow detailed processes and maintain consistent quality during repetitive work.
• Ability to complete an approximately 8–10 minute English proficiency assessment and commit to fully on-site work.
Full-time shifts are 8:00 AM–5:00 PM ET or 5:00 PM–2:00 AM ET. Weekend availability is required, with two days off per week scheduled based on operational needs.
