About the Opportunity
We’re hiring a Senior Administrative Assistant to join an established professional services organization in North York. This opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys variety and wants to play an important role in keeping an office organized, efficient and running smoothly.

Working closely with executives and senior management, you’ll take on a mix of office administration, facilities coordination and administrative support. You’ll have the autonomy to manage day-to-day priorities, coordinate with internal and external partners and contribute to projects that support an efficient and professional workplace.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll support day-to-day office operations and help ensure the workplace remains organized, efficient and well maintained.
• You’ll coordinate facilities-related needs, maintenance and service requests while working with external vendors and service providers.
• You’ll provide administrative and project support to executives and senior management, helping priorities and deliverables stay on track.
• You’ll support workplace procedures, documentation and operational requirements, including facilities-related compliance.
• You’ll prepare communications, reports and other administrative materials as needed.
• You’ll contribute to process improvements and take ownership of ad hoc administrative and operational projects.

Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience in office administration or a similar administrative role.
• Post-secondary diploma or degree in Business, or equivalent.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills and confidence learning and working with technology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a professional and approachable style.
• Strong organizational, time-management and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• A proactive, resourceful and confident approach, with the ability to work independently and follow priorities through to completion.
• Reliable, punctual and adaptable, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a professional environment.
