Your Responsibilities
• You’ll welcome visitors and provide professional front-desk and reception coverage.
• You’ll respond to general telephone inquiries and connect callers with the appropriate teams.
• You’ll coordinate meeting-room bookings and ensure spaces are organized and ready for use.
• You’ll receive, sort and distribute mail, courier deliveries and packages.
• You’ll monitor and replenish office, kitchen and first-aid supplies.
• You’ll support printing, scanning, photocopying, filing and other administrative needs.
• You’ll move between office floors and occasionally to a nearby office to deliver supplies and packages.
Skills and Qualifications
• Previous experience in reception, office support, office services, office coordination or administration.
• Strong interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills with a professional, service-oriented approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and general office technology.
• Strong organization, attention to detail and flexibility to support changing priorities.
• Comfort balancing desk-based responsibilities with hands-on office support.
• Ability to move between floors and nearby office locations and handle light supplies or packages of approximately 10 lbs.
• Availability to start Monday, September 21, 2026, and commit to the full 2–3 month assignment.
