Duration: 14-month contract, with strong potential for permanent conversion

About the Opportunity
Join a Canadian sales support team within a global energy organization as a Business Systems Analyst, supporting a multi-year process modernization initiative. You’ll help improve the systems, tools and workflows behind sales, order management and parts operations, acting as an important link between business needs and technology solutions.

This is a hands-on role where collaboration and reliability matter. You’ll work closely with account managers, internal teams and global affiliates to support customers, manage critical order data and introduce more efficient ways of working.

What’s In It for You
You’ll gain exposure to sales operations, procurement, process improvement and Microsoft-based automation within a collaborative global environment. This 40-hour-per-week contract offers strong potential for permanent conversion, plus optional travel for training opportunities in the US or UK and participation in an annual team off-site.

There are also multiple paths for growth, including account management, process and procurement specialization, or more complex proposal development.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll research and document current sales, order management and parts processes, identifying gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• You’ll design improved workflows and help modernize tools and templates based on business needs.
• You’ll develop and configure Microsoft-based tools, test solutions with users and incorporate feedback.
• You’ll assist account managers with proposals, customer support and customer-facing parts quotes.
• You’ll manage parts order processing, purchasing, procurement and importation while coordinating with global affiliates.
• You’ll maintain and report accurate operational data using SAP and Salesforce.
• You’ll collaborate across business and technology teams to support phased implementation, adoption and stabilization.

Skills and Qualifications
• Previous Business Systems Analyst, sales operations, procurement, commercial, finance or related experience.
• Hands-on SAP E35 experience, particularly with procurement and data entry.
• Experience working with Salesforce and Microsoft-based business tools.
• Microsoft Copilot Studio experience, including agent development or automation opportunities, is an asset.
• Experience working with large datasets, order management or sales operations is an asset.
• Strong attention to detail, organization and adaptability in a changing environment.
• A reliable, accountable and team-oriented approach, with the ability to build trust across functions.
