About the Opportunity
An established organization is looking for a Senior Business Analyst to support a significant technology transformation involving POS. This is an opportunity to contribute to a complex, international initiative, working closely with business and technology stakeholders to understand processes, define requirements, and translate a high-level vision into a clear path forward.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll take high-level project goals and independently translate them into structured analysis, requirements, and deliverables
• You’ll work directly with stakeholders to understand business processes, users, system functions, and priorities
• You’ll establish project vision and scope before progressing into detailed requirements and process analysis
• You’ll create use cases, process models, swim lane diagrams, stakeholder diagrams, and other appropriate BA documentation
• You’ll select the right format and level of detail to clearly communicate information to different audiences
• You’ll support POS initiatives, including work involving system integrations, APIs, and data
• You’ll bring strong attention to detail while maintaining momentum in a fast-moving project environment

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of progressive Business Analyst experience, ideally supporting complex technology transformation projects
• Strong foundational business analysis skills, including requirements gathering, use case modelling, process mapping, swim lane diagrams, and stakeholder analysis
• Demonstrated ability to work independently, take initiative, and move from strategic goals into detailed requirements
• Excellent stakeholder management and written and verbal communication skills
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality deliverables efficiently
• POS, fintech, banking, or other transaction-based systems experience is considered an asset
