About the Opportunity
Are you passionate about creating engaging, accessible, and learner-centred digital experiences? This short-term opportunity will have you supporting a nationally recognized humanitarian and non-profit organization, developing online learning programs that contribute to meaningful programs and services across communities.
You’ll collaborate closely with instructional designers, content specialists, graphic designers, and project stakeholders to transform storyboards and content into polished, interactive eLearning experiences. This is an ideal assignment for someone who can quickly get up to speed, enjoys hands-on course development, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-moving environment.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll build and maintain engaging online learning modules using Articulate Rise.
• You’ll develop knowledge checks and evaluations, configuring navigation, scoring, course settings, and learner progression.
• You’ll apply accessibility best practices, including alt text, keyboard navigation, screen reader compatibility, readable text sizing, and colour contrast.
• You’ll ensure learning materials follow established branding, templates, style guides, and visual standards.
• You’ll manage Review 360 links, incorporate stakeholder feedback, and maintain version control.
• You’ll export SCORM packages for LMS requirements and troubleshoot course functionality and testing issues.
• You’ll collaborate proactively with project teams to clarify requirements, solve problems, and meet the October 8 deadline.
Skills and Qualifications
• 3+ years of experience developing eLearning content or digital learning experiences.
• Hands-on Articulate Rise experience, including course configuration, assessments, and publishing.
• Strong knowledge of accessibility standards and inclusive digital learning design.
• Experience working with SCORM packages and learning management systems.
• Ability to interpret storyboards, design specifications, templates, branding guidelines, and visual standards.
• Strong organizational, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to deliver within tight timelines.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Reader, with the ability to work independently using personal equipment.
