About the Opportunity
This is an opportunity for an experienced Cisco Network Specialist to take a technical leadership role supporting complex, business-critical network infrastructure. Working within a large enterprise environment, you’ll help design, implement, maintain, and continuously improve core infrastructure across WAN, LAN, routing, switching, wireless, firewall, and cloud connectivity technologies.

You’ll collaborate with infrastructure specialists, global peers, technology partners, and business teams to translate evolving needs into reliable, scalable solutions. As a senior technical resource, you’ll also mentor team members, lead complex troubleshooting, and help shape infrastructure standards and roadmaps.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll lead the planning and development of network infrastructure designs that support current and future business requirements.
• You’ll use monitoring, alerting, and analytics data to identify trends and recommend corrective actions and future infrastructure improvements.
• You’ll collaborate with global teams and technology partners to develop platform roadmaps, evaluate solutions, and guide implementation.
• You’ll evaluate infrastructure products through proof of concepts, testing, validation, and security compliance reviews.
• You’ll provide Level 3 support for complex network issues, conduct root cause analysis, manage escalations, and drive resolution within service-level objectives.
• You’ll mentor infrastructure specialists and share technical knowledge, standards, and best practices.
• You’ll create and maintain network design documentation, build guides, templates, knowledge articles, and technical workarounds.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of infrastructure project lead experience within complex network environments.
• Cisco CCIE or CCNP Enterprise certification, with strong OSPF, EIGRP, and BGP expertise, or Juniper JNCIS-ENT/JNCIS-MistAI certification.
• Azure and/or Google Cloud Platform fundamentals, including familiarity with cloud connectivity methods and implementation.
• Working knowledge of Fortinet firewalls and firewall security principles.
• Working knowledge of wireless networking principles, with Juniper Mist experience preferred.
• Knowledge of cellular radio boosters and enterprise or warehouse use cases.
• Strong leadership, troubleshooting, communication, documentation, and mentoring skills.
