• You’ll support system integration, UAT, regression and partner certification testing, including defect and transaction failure analysis.
• You’ll contribute to root cause analysis, issue triage, change management, deployment planning, and go-live readiness.

Skills and Qualifications
• 5+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting EDI, B2B integration, supply chain, order management, eCommerce, marketplace, or enterprise integration initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, flat-file integrations, and EDI transactions including 810, 850, 855, 856, and 846.
• Working knowledge of AS2, SFTP, MQ, and VAN connectivity, plus experience with trading partner onboarding and certification.
• Experience with TIBCO BusinessConnect, BusinessWorks, and EMS is preferred.
• Experience with SAP and IDoc integrations, REST APIs, SOAP services, and hybrid integration patterns is preferred.
• Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or hybrid environments, with strong analytical, facilitation, documentation, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of AI technologies and AI-assisted development tools is preferred, including generative AI, LLMs, prompt design, APIs, RAG, embeddings, vector search, AI agents, and responsible AI practices.
