The Opportunity

We are seeking experienced Healthcare Operations professionals for a fully remote project where you will apply your healthcare industry expertise, analytical skills, and professional judgment to specialized project work involving artificial intelligence.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals with strong healthcare operations, administrative, compliance, coding, revenue cycle, managed care, or clinical documentation experience who are comfortable analyzing complex healthcare information, solving problems, and applying their expertise in a flexible, project-based environment.

Work can be completed throughout the week, allowing you to manage your own schedule while meeting project requirements and deadlines.

What You'll Do

Depending on your area of expertise, you may:

• Review and evaluate complex healthcare operations information

• Apply healthcare industry expertise to specialized assignments

• Analyze healthcare workflows, documentation, coding, billing, and operational scenarios

• Assess information for accuracy, logic, relevance, and quality

• Review healthcare policies, procedures, regulations, and compliance requirements

• Identify errors, inconsistencies, or areas requiring improvement

• Evaluate medical coding, clinical documentation, and revenue cycle scenarios

• Analyze managed care, reimbursement, and healthcare administration concepts

• Interpret healthcare terminology, processes, and methodologies

• Provide clear, well-reasoned written responses

• Follow detailed project guidelines and quality standards

• Complete work independently while managing your own schedule

What We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who bring:

• Professional experience in healthcare operations, administration, coding, compliance, revenue cycle, managed care, clinical documentation, or a closely related field

• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations and industry processes

• Experience interpreting healthcare documentation, policies, procedures, or operational data

• Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills

• Excellent written communication skills

• High attention to detail and accuracy

• The ability to evaluate complex information and make sound independent judgments

• Comfort working with healthcare terminology and operational concepts

• Comfort working in a remote, self-directed environment

Experience in areas such as healthcare operations management, medical coding, revenue cycle management, billing and reimbursement, healthcare compliance, managed care, clinical documentation improvement, utilization management, health information management, or healthcare administration is considered an asset.

Professional certifications or advanced credentials in areas such as medical coding, health information management, healthcare compliance, revenue cycle management, nursing, healthcare administration, or other relevant healthcare disciplines are also considered an asset.
