About the Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity to join a collaborative investment firm where teamwork, adaptability, and thoughtful support are highly valued. You’ll work closely with Associates and Senior Associates, helping a busy investment team stay organized across calendars, travel, meetings, operating company activities, and day-to-day priorities.
You’ll join a close-knit Executive Assistant team that works together, steps in when someone needs support, and values calm, confident communicators. The role offers plenty of variety and room to take on more as you build relationships and become comfortable with the team.

Your Responsibilities
• You’ll manage complex calendars, schedule calls across time zones, and proactively resolve conflicts.
• You’ll coordinate domestic and international travel, researching efficient routes and anticipating delays, cancellations, and alternative options.
• You’ll prepare expense reports and support travel-related administration.
• You’ll assist Associates and Senior Associates with data rooms, document coordination, meetings, and miscellaneous administrative needs.
• You’ll support operating company activities, including board meetings, sales-process calls, and other logistics.
• You’ll pitch in on annual meetings, team events, presentations, recruiting, and special projects as priorities evolve.
Skills and Qualifications
• 2–4 years of administrative, coordination, or Executive Assistant experience, ideally within financial services, investment, insurance, professional services, or another corporate environment
• Strong complex calendar management, scheduling, travel coordination, and expense reporting skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
• A proactive, adaptable approach, with the confidence to identify where help is needed and take initiative
• A calm, collaborative, service-oriented style with sound judgment and discretion
• Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to think ahead and find efficiencies
